Kawaii month

Hello, everyone! In my about me, you can read that I am one hell of an Asian Pop Culture lover and I have this inner obsession about Japan, including the kawaii culture. And yeah, ever since I moved to wordpress last month, I haven’t posted a single kawaii related entry nor I transferred some post from my old blog here. But hey, I know I am never too late, right?

So, what the unicorn farting rainbow is Kawaii or KAWAII PHILIPPINES?

1. (in the context of Japanese popular culture) cute.

“she paints elephants that are extremely kawaii”

1. the quality of being cute, or items that are cute.

“even in a cosmopolitan city like Tokyo, kawaii is everywhere”

Kawaii Philippines was created for Filipinos who love and appreciate the kawaii culture.

Kawaii Philippines is a movement that aims to promote the kawaii culture as a happy lifestyle. ☆  ☆
Kawaii isn’t just an expression nor a trend, it is a lifestyle – an appreciation for all things cute and also a way of looking at the world in a positive light. [About Kawaii PH]

And tentenenen, Kawaii Philippines declares this month of September as the #KawaiiMonth. Isn’t it sparkly?! Every week of this month they feature different chenelyns  (Week 1 – Kawaii Food, Week 2 – Make-up, Week 3 – Fashion, Week 4 – Arts & Crafts / D.I.Y.)

I know I am kinda late but here is my share for WEEK 1 – KAWAII FOOD featuring YOUNG ATTITUDE patisserie AND TEA HOUSE (A repost actually. Hehe)

So, are you stressed? In need of a delicious refreshment? Do you have a sweet tooth? If you are in Ormoc City in Leyte, you will not go that far because there’s a café that offers more than that. Young Attitude Patisserie is the right place for you!

Young Attitude Patissiere is a small café/tea house located at Ormoc City Superdome.

If memory serves me right, Young Attitude is already an institution that brings Ormocanons the best sweets and pastry product. I remember their small branch just right around the corner of my college beside Park and Go (love their Cheese Bread!) Oh, college days!

Young Attitude Patisserie reminds of the anime Yumeiro Patisserie (Rainbow-colored Patisserie). It is an anime about a girl named Ichigo (direct translation is Strawberry) who love making sweets, together with her three handsome friends with a little help of the sweet fairies and cute magic. (talking like an anime geek again)

What’s on their menu?

We ordered a dark chocolate milk tea and a box of cheesecake! The drink was unbelievably good because it tasted like the classic chocolate drink my late grandma used to give me every morning when I was still a kid; the difference is, its cold. Haha. Seriously, it’s different from the usual drinks that you can buy on the food stalls at malls. The cheesecake—perfect! It never changes, delicious as always. If only I could try all the drinks on the menu! *gotta save self!*

I researched and found out that it opened last March.

It is a perfect place for gathering of friends, date or group date or just being you, alone, spoiling yourself and forget about diet. Tehehehe.

Young Attitudes Patisserie is located at Ormoc City Superdome or visit Young Attitudes Patisserie and Tea House facebook page or this page Young Attitudes Patisserie or call (053) 561-1911 for more details.

PS:  Thank you Ate Madel and Kuya Jikoy for the time meeting us and the free snacks! I really miss Erza and her cute cheeks.

So, that’s it. Thanks for dropping by! Where’s my next kawaii food trip? I don’t really know but let’s see where my money could take me.

So, yeah. See you on my next post!

Jaaaa~ matta nee!

Soooo kawaii!!! I’m in love with all things kawaii, and that place just looks like one! Lovely interiors for a tea house, though. I crave for some cheesecake right now 🙁

Thanks, Miss Mimi for dropping by! I feel so fluffy whenever I visit that tea shop 🙂 (because it’s really rare to find a themed tea house or café here in Leyte. Hehehe.
